Policies
Cancellation
Any job that is cancelled within 48 hours of service is subject to a cancellation fee.
Trip Charge
If, for any reason, we cannot complete a scheduled job once we are on-site (e.g., no running water, no electricity, no access to premises, a fee of $30 will be applied.
Return Check Fee
We will cheerfully accept payment by check. However, if your check is returned for insufficient funds, there will be a $40 fee applied.
Special Instructions & Exceptions
We understand that there may be special instructions or things we need to know in order to meet your needs and do the job accordingly. Please make sure we are apprised of these needs PRIOR TO our arrival. If someone is sensitive to a particular cleaning product, or perhaps there is a pet that has to be contained in a special area, or things such as these, please make sure we know about them prior to our cleaning day.

Please know that Charm City Sparkle keeps current with all CDC Guidelines and protocols to ensure that your home or office has been cleaned in a thorough and safe way. And if you have a specific concern regarding the afore, . . . just let us know! We'll be happy to answer any question you may have.
Payment
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
Payment is due after we have finished the job unless other arrangements have been made prior to our arrival.
